Statement of Need
Front Office Staff serve as the gateway to Organizational Offices and Managers. They receive and interact with internal and external visitors and customers. Their behavior reflects on the total organization. There is therefore a need to ensure that front line officers are equipped with public relations etiquette and customer care skills. They have to be humble, welcoming, friendly, courteous and disciplined at all times. Equally important is for them to subscribe to the organizations dress code. In order for them not to embarrass or ashame the organization they need to be properly groomed.
