Statement of Need
Success at Institutional and Individual level is dependent on working hard and smart. This presupposes that the right kind of work is determined, properly planned, organized and implemented well. Organizational vision and mission accomplishment require that serious work is done by every employee. Managers and supervisors are there to think, visualize and create relevant work for their subordinates. It has to be the right kind of work, at the right time, and to be done by the right employees if the right results are to be achieved. Work planning, work scheduling and allocation and work implementation are the pillars of success, hence this programme.

Objectives of the Programme
The key objective of this programme is to impart relevant knowledge about types of work and the kind of skills for carrying out the same effectively. By the end of the programme participants shall be able to:
