Statement of Need
In the management of Human Capital in any organization the area of policy is of paramount importance. Policy in any area provides necessary guidance in the performance of planned activities. The human Capital area is wide and the number of officers sharing the work load can be many. Without proper guidance by way of policy both from the centre (management) and the periphery (HR and line management) assigned officers can find themselves incorporating personal values and interests with official work. This well designed programme will promote organizational as well as Human Capital Value and Beliefs in policy development and implementation.
