Statement of Need
In organizations supervisors are key to work implementation. Effective supervision fosters creativity and innovation and makes employees punctual, efficient and effective. It also prevents loss or misuse of resources. Together with communication it is the life blood of the organization. May a time however supervisors are marginalize and neglected. It is clear they are part of management not labour and given the level at which they operate an organization cannot do without them. Skilled supervisors who are interested in their work mould competent, committed and motivated subordinates. To achieve this goal they need management knowledge and skills. Their training and development is therefore crucial. This programme is intended to give them the chance to the much. Need competences for effective work implementation. All officers in supervisory positions are urged to attend.
