Statement of Need
Organizations always endeavor to hire employees who are qualified and experienced because they want designed work to be performed well. However, the environment of the employing organization, type of management, kind of jobs and employees can impact on individual performance. The human capital department is there to ensure that staff performance is optimal at all times. Where performance evaluations reveal existence of job knowledge, skills and attitude gaps in employees relevant training for closing the gaps has to be organized. This programme is designed to impart training management knowledge and skills are possessed by all Officers of the HCM department.

Objectives of the Programme

  • Methodologies for Identification of Learning Needs
