Statement of Need
Achieving business performance is the goal of every organization whether in the manufacturing or service sector. Realizing this goal requires organizations to clarify their missions, strategies, plans, and to develop effective policies and implement activities. The other preconditions are hiring competent employees, matching people to jobs, putting in place work systems and processes and sharing corporate values beliefs and relations principles. The two main parties that is, management and the workforce need to work together. This demands interventions such as improving workforce attitude toward management, and work. This progamme is designed to create the environment for dood job performance in the interest of delivering business productivity. It couldn’t have come at a better time than this.
